The original hotel Unico Buenos Aires will be located in Puerto Madero, the most modern and exclusive neighbourhood of the city, now becoming very popular. This current boom is a prime example of the city’s ability to become an affluent, modern, cosmopolitan city and it has generated a new wave of tourism with its very own identity.

The project, undertaken by the recognised architect Francisco Mangado, will be the highest tower in the area and will have more than 200 luxury bedrooms, private serviced apartments, exclusive residences, restaurants, bars, wellness, fitness centre, galleries and conference facilities. The opening is scheduled for 2010.

El proyecto, a cargo del prestigioso despacho de arquitectura Francisco Mangado, representará la torre más alta de la ciudad y contará con más de 200 habitaciones de lujo, residencias privadas con servicio hotelero, viviendas, zonas comerciales, restaurantes, bares, spa, gimnasio, espacio cultural y un centro de convenciones. La apertura está prevista para 2010.
