Our priority is to keep your waiting time to a minimum. If your room is not ready upon arrival, we guarantee you will be able to check in after 3 pm.

On the day of departure, check-out is at 12 noon. Upon request and subject to availability, you may be able to leave your room a little later.

The hotel has a car park. Access is available 24 hours a day, and the car park is secure, monitored and reserved. It is located within the hotel grounds. This service is charged on a daily basis and is not included in the room rate.

Pets are not permitted at The Principal Madrid Hotel. However, therapy dogs and guide dogs are permitted. You must present the relevant certificate upon check-in.

Yes. The hotel has a gym which is free for all our guests to use and is open every day of the week.

No. The Principal Madrid is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold placed on your credit card. It is not a final charge. Once your stay is over, the amount held will be released in accordance with your bank’s procedures.

We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners and advance payment by bank transfer. We do not accept payment by cheque.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) is around 30 minutes’ drive from the hotel (depending on traffic). In Madrid, the cost of the airport-to-hotel journey is €30 each way (fixed rate).
