Although this has yet to be confirmed, this year’s Mutua Madrid Open draw is expected to feature some of Spain’s top players, such as Carlos Alcaraz, Roberto Bautista and Paula Badosa.

Dates for the 2025 Mutua Madrid Open
The 23rd edition of the Mutua Madrid Open will take place from 21 April to 4 May 2025. As always, the ATP Masters 1000 and the WTA Premier Mandatory tournaments will be held concurrently, making it the only European competition of this format.

The matches at the Mutua Madrid Open will take place over two weeks, with both day and evening sessions.
The qualifying rounds will take place in the first week, whilst the second week will feature the quarter-finals, semi-finals and the eagerly awaited final of the Mutua Madrid Open.

Where is the Mutua Madrid Open held?
As has been the case every year since 2009, the Madrid Open tennis tournament will be held at the Caja Mágica, one of the most modern venues in Europe.
The Caja Mágica comprises three large stadiums designed to host major tournaments such as the Mutua Madrid Open. Matches can be played both outdoors and indoors, with the largest court accommodating up to 12,500 spectators. A real treat for tennis fans from all over the world!
The final of the Mutua Madrid Open is always played at the Manolo Santana Stadium, the venue’s centre court.
How do I get to the Caja Mágica in Madrid?
To get to the Mutua Madrid Open, you can use various forms of public transport from central Madrid, such as the underground and the bus. During the Open, a special bus service runs directly to the Caja Mágica. Here are the routes to the venue:
- Metro Line 3 (San Fermín-Orcasur station)
- Bus routes 23, 78, 123, 180 and T32
- Bus route 180 to the Caja Mágica
Although it is recommended to use public transport, there are also parking spaces at the Caja Mágica where you can leave your car. Another option is to take a taxi, which takes around 25 minutes from the centre of Madrid, depending on traffic.
