Welcome the New Year in our secluded garden, in the heart of the Salamanca neighbourhood.
The evening begins at El Jardín with a welcome cocktail beneath the festive lights, before continuing at El Patio de Claudio with a gala dinner created by Chef Mario Vallés. As midnight approaches, the traditional twelve grapes and celebratory toasts mark the transition into the New Year.
