Commission Payment

Único Hotels will pay all travel agent commissions within 30 days of your client checking out.
We process our commissions through Onyx System to facilitate travel agents tracking and commissions payments.

If a client cancels directly with the hotel we would ask you to put the cancellation through the reservations system you used through the booking so we can recover our fee.
