Our respect for the region’s heritage inspired us to plant only native grape varieties to produce a genuine DO Tierra de Mallorca wine. Responsible and 100% organic viticulture nurtures the Premsal Blanc, Callet, Giró Ros and Monastrell varieties, whilst green pruning helps us get the best out of the fruit. The expert hands of winegrower Tomeu Llabrés bring rigour and a rich Mallorcan authenticity to ensure consistently excellent wines.

FROM GRAPE TO WINE
The grape harvest at Finca Serena takes place in September, when the grapes reach their peak and the land prepares to be transformed into wine.
A stroll through vineyards bathed in the golden morning light, the sweet aroma of freshly picked grapes and the thrill of helping to select each carefully chosen bunch. As evening falls, the day draws to a close with a traditional Mallorcan dinner, surrounded by vineyards and beneath the island’s starry sky, whilst flavours and memories intertwine.
