Where the landscape becomes wine
In the heart of the island, among centuries-old olive trees and lavender, our vineyards grow at the gentle pace of the Mediterranean. Here, the land is not forced, but carefully nurtured. We cultivate native grape varieties — Premsal Blanc, Callet, Monastrell and Giró Ros — under the D.O. Mallorca, following responsible, 100% organic viticulture.
Practices such as green pruning help us care for each vine and bring out the best in every grape. With the knowledge and care of our winemaker, Tomeu Llabrés, three wines are born, each expressing the character of the island and the spirit of the estate. Three wines to savour life’s simple pleasures, slowly. Again and again.

Premsal Blanc | D.O. Mallorca
Finca Serena White
A fresh, balanced white wine with a pale colour and delicate green hues. Aromas of white fruit mingle with subtle floral notes and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. Elegant and refined, it brings a natural sense of ease to the table.

Finca Serena Rosé
A delicate, fresh rosé with a very pale grey-pink hue. Floral and red-fruit notes are complemented by a subtle balsamic character. Light and versatile, it is made for sharing and savouring at an unhurried pace.

Aubor
A light and delicate red wine with a very pale ruby hue. Notes of ripe black fruit mingle with hints of cinnamon and an elegant background of Mediterranean herbs. Fresh and subtle, it reveals the Mediterranean character of Finca Serena.

Wine tasting among the vineyards
Every Thursday at 6 pm, join us for a guided outdoor tasting. Discover the three Finca Serena wines alongside a carefully selected collection of Mallorcan wines, all enjoyed with views across the Pla de Mallorca.
Jacaranda Restaurant
Mallorca can also be discovered at the table. A gastronomic offering centred around seasonal ingredients from our kitchen garden, local produce and the wines of the estate, served among gardens and nature.
