The harvest at Finca Serena takes place in September, at that unique moment when the grapes reach their fullest expression and the land is ready to become wine.
The day begins among vineyards bathed in golden morning light, with the sweet scent of freshly picked grapes and the quiet excitement of taking part in the careful selection of each bunch. As the afternoon fades, the celebration moves to the table with the traditional Harvest Festival: an open-air evening under Mallorca’s starlit sky, where local gastronomy and the wines of the estate come together in an unforgettable setting.

Welcome to the Vineyard
Meet at the hotel reception and receive your traditional harvest kit, including a hat, pruning shears and gloves. Discover the estate’s grape varieties and the art of harvesting, guided by our winemaker, Tomeu Llabrés.

Harvesting by Hand
Begin the hand-picking of grapes in the heart of our 10 hectares of organic vineyards. An immersive experience that brings you closer to the craft, the scent of the land and the careful selection of each bunch.

A Moment to Pause
The morning’s work in the vineyards comes to an end. Take a moment to refresh, share your first impressions of the harvest and enjoy the tranquillity of Finca Serena beneath the shade of the olive trees at Jacaranda Restaurant.
7.00 pm
Harvest Festival
The evening begins with traditional appetisers from the island, followed by Fideos de Vermar — a historic recipe traditionally enjoyed at the end of the harvest — paired with a selection of Finca Serena’s finest wines.
