We have committed to excellence and nurturing talent by placing two exceptional chefs to lead our gastronomic teams: Ramón Freixa, awarded 2 Michelin stars and 3 Repsol Suns, who is the executive chef at restaurants in Madrid (Ramón Freixa Madrid and Restaurante Ático) and the Costa Brava (Mas de Torrent Restaurant) and Óscar Velasco, National Gastronomy Award winner and holder of two Michelin stars, who is executive chef at Jacaranda Restaurant, in Mallorca.
