Guided by the talent and experience of chef Mario Vallés, our kitchen team works in close coordination to deliver a carefully crafted dining experience.
The menu changes only slightly, as the most beloved dishes are always there to welcome you: light sharing starters, turbot, a rice with squid and red prawns, and timeless classics that invite you to stay a little longer.
And to finish, a simple scoop of vanilla ice cream, the perfect ending.
The chef’s suggestions follow the season, bringing fresh nuances and subtle surprises throughout the year.

In the salon, a warm and intimate space with light-filtering curtains, a wooden bookshelf and closely set tables, the cuisine is enjoyed with views over the garden.
Long lunches naturally extend into the afternoon, sharing feels effortless, and every gathering may end with a cocktail as conversation continues in the garden of this petit palais.
