Our Actions

• We generate part of our energy through solar panels, with an annual production of over 600 MWh, and operate exclusively on 100% renewable energy across all our hotels.
• In relation to water, we apply an integrated approach focused on efficiency and reuse. The water used for irrigation comes entirely from our grey and black water regeneration plant. We replant native, low-water-demand species and use drip irrigation systems to optimise consumption. We also incorporate efficient technology in showers and taps, as well as low-flush toilet systems.
• Swimming pool treatment is carried out using carbon filtration systems and ultraviolet light disinfection, reducing the need for chemicals and water consumption.
• We operate a biomass plant that converts natural waste into energy, making use of resources generated on our own estates.
• 100% of bottled water is purified directly in our hotels and served in reusable glass bottles, reducing our carbon footprint.
• All our hotels are equipped with charging points for electric vehicles.
• We minimise the use of single-use plastics. Instead, we use recyclable or compostable materials, as well as sustainable and responsibly sourced bathroom amenities.
• Our vineyards and gardens are 100% organic, with no chemical treatments. Lighting is entirely LED, and our buildings are equipped with energy optimisation systems using motion sensors.
• We collaborate with sustainable brands and products across our spas, wellness treatments, and retail spaces.
